Annual Silent Procession in Amsterdam (22/3)
On Saturday the 22nd of March, the Miracle of the Host will be commemorated with a special procession through the streets of Amsterdam.
For young people there will be a special program at the Nicholas Basilica, based around the theme ‘Open Up’. Music and theatre will assist us when we think about the question: ''How can we open up towards God and each other?" Mgr. Punt (bishop of Haarlem-Amsterdam) will celebrate a Holy Mass. After that, there will be Adoration of the Holy Sacrament. Finally, we will walk the 'Stille Omgang' (or 'silent procession') together.
The spoken parts of the event will be in Dutch, but of course you are very welcome to join in this special evening.
